The movie’s release has already been postponed twice 

Fan was supposed to release in early 2015, but due to injuries sustained by SRK on the sets of ‘Happy New Year’ the release date got pushed to 14th August, 2015. The release date was further pushed to early 2016 due to the complex post production work the movie is going to require. The movie is now set to release on 15th April 2016.
