7 South Indian Beauties Who Couldn’t Make It In Bollywood

1) Asin
Asin, who is 7 films old, is yet to make a considerable impact in Bollywood. She couldn’t have had a better debut than the superhit Aamir Khan starrer Ghajini, which established her as a talented actresses. But sadly, Asin followed up the success of her debut with a slew of bad films like London Dreams, Ready, Housefull 2 etc. and hence, she is yet to say ‘All is Well’ about her career!

2) Bhumika Chawla
Born into a Punjabi family, Bhumika struck gold in the South Indian film industry. Yes, life is funny that way. Her role in Tere Naam won her many praises, nominations and awards, but no significant work. After doing a couple of forgettable movies like Run and Silsilay, she returned to Tollywood.

3) Tamannaah Bhatia
Bollywood seems to have been cursed for this South Indian star. Her debut film Chand Sa Roshan Chehra, which she did while she was 16, bombed. She moved to Telugu and Tamil films, and found a lot of success. She made a comeback with Humshakals and followed it up with Entertainment. Her career is indeed cursed. It’s the curse of Sajid Khan!

6) Shruti Hassan
Shruti, who was last seen in Welcome Back, is yet to strike ‘Luck’ in Bollywood! Even though she is one of the most smoking hot actresses in town, she definitely needs to do more films for the audiences to remember her.
